Description

The ABB TU818V1 is a compact module termination unit (MTU) designed for the S800 I/O series. It is a passive unit used for the connection of field wiring to the I/O modules. The MTU also contains a part of the ModuleBus, distributing it to the I/O module and the next MTU. It generates the correct address to the I/O module by shifting the outgoing position signals to the next MTU.
