The A6110 is a 1-slot monitor used in conjunction with other AMS 6500 monitors to construct a complete API 670 machinery protection system. It is suitable for applications including steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, and hydro turbo machinery. The primary function of the Shaft Relative Vibration monitoring module is to accurately monitor shaft relative vibration and protect machinery by comparing vibration parameters against alarm setpoints, triggering alarms, and activating relays.
